2013 FINAL SEASON The Roy Rogers Jr. Show pays tribute to the anniversary of the 100th birthday of The King of the Cowboys, Roy Rogers. Roy Rogers Jr. (Dusty) and his band (the High Riders) perform classic cowboy and western music reminiscent of the sounds of Sons of the Pioneers, the group founded by his father, Roy Rogers. This show is full of surprises and great music along with Dusty sharing his personal stories of growing up with Roy and Dale. To the delight of the fans, Dustin Roy Rogers - son of Dusty and grandson to Roy - joins his father on stage singing in the cowboy tradition of his father and grandfather before him. Dustin sounds and looks very much like his grandpa when Roy rode the silver screen back in the 1930s and '40s. In honor of his grandfather's 100th birthday, Dustin has added Roy's favorite song to his line-up. If you grew up watching Roy Rogers on the silver screen, then you do not want to miss this show!
